Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the plastic/cellophane wrap still intact and not tampered with. You can ship the item directly to our return address.
Important Requirements for Returns:
- Tracking and Signature Acknowledgment: These are mandatory for the shipment return to ensure safe and documented delivery back to us.
- Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Most refunds are processed (minus any shipping costs) within 1-3 business days after we receive the returned item.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30% is applied due to the high volume of orders.
Final Sale Items:
- All Ultra-Luxury and Niche Brands are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, brands like Creed and Tom Ford.
- All Tester and Refill Products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Fragrance houses often update packaging/bottling (while leaving the fragrance intact) or, alternatively, update the fragrance without altering the presentation (reformulation).
